Paintball Station is an installation which was presented in 2006 in the Eniarof 0.2 (Emergence festival) at the Maison de la Villette in Paris as well as the Eniarof 0.4 Festival in Aix en Provence. Inspired by the ball-traps of the fun fair, the video game “Shoot them up” and the interactive dance pad, this techno/video/sound/laser interface provides the audience with the possibility of creating a live techno (Vjing and Djing) by shooting on a laser target moving on a sensitive screen. With his shots, the sensible gunman puts a new life into the best known hard-tek classics of the 90’s as well as the videos of the collective.
